These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders you place with Cupco, a Sydney-based manufacturer of custom printed paper cups. By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

• Pricing shown on this website, including "from $110 per box" (11 cents per cup), is a starting price only. The final price depends on quantity, cup size, wall type and print requirements, and is confirmed in your written quote.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on it. If none is stated, it is valid for 14 days.
• Prices are in Australian dollars. Unless stated otherwise, please confirm with us whether GST and delivery are included in your quote.

Orders, artwork and approval

• An order is confirmed when we accept your written quote or purchase order and any required payment has been made.
• We prepare a free digital mockup for you to approve before printing. Your written approval of the mockup is final. Once approved, we print exactly what you approved.
• You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, sizes, contact details and every other detail of the mockup. We are not responsible for errors in artwork or text that you approved.
• You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images and text you give us, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. You will compensate us for any claim arising from artwork you supply.
• Printed colours can differ slightly from on-screen colours and between print runs. Minor variations are normal in printing and are not a defect.

Production and delivery

• "Ready in 10 days" is our target production time from the date your mockup is approved and any payment is received. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and delivery time is extra.
• Delays caused by late approvals, changes to artwork, or events outside our control (for example supplier or carrier delays) may extend this.
• Please check your order on delivery and tell us about any damage or shortage within 3 business days.

Custom orders, changes and cancellations

Every cup we make is custom printed to your design. Once your mockup is approved, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. See our Refund Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to, at our choice, reprinting the goods or refunding the price paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost event bookings.

Using this website

This website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or current. Content, logos and designs on this site belong to Cupco or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
